Classes open up for booking 7 days prior to the scheduled date. We suggest signing up in advance to save your spot!

If you are waitlisted, we’ll notify you via email/text the second you get into class! Made it off the waitlist but can’t make it? Call us and let us know ASAP so we can get another athlete into class!

We like to get a little spicy and sometimes the littles aren't ready for what we're throwing down. Our age limit is 16 years old to sweat solo. Their parent/guardian must accompany them on their first visit in addition to handling their account information and liability forms! It's important for each of our riders to safely use our equipment with body awareness and maturity! Have questions or want to set up an athelete under 18?! Contact us here or continue on if you're 18+years!

We want to make sure you feel comfortable and ready to tackle anything we throw your way. Please show up at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled sweat session.

Running late? Due to safety and proper warm up time, we can’t guarantee you will be let in class upon your first visit.

Here’s the low down on the parking situation. Our Downtown location is metered street and paid Diamond lot parking. Our Northside location has a designated free lot.

You, you, you, duh.
We suggest wearing comfortable workout gear that allows you to move and shake in whatever way you want. Be prepared to get sweaty!

Your first time rental is FREE! For your other visits, we offer shoe and mat rentals for $2. If you forget anything else, we have water, socks and other necessary accessories for sale to keep you prepped and ready to go! Have your own Spin shoes? Our pedals are SPD and Look compatible.

Need to change or store your goods for class? Both locations offer cubbies for your gear. We also have showers at both locations!

Need to cancel? We want to honor all our athletes and their time. We allow a 10 hour cancellation period with no penalty. You can do this via our Union app or by logging into your account.

Our class packages expire one year from your date of purchase, excluding special promotions. Any unlimited options expire accordingly from the purchase date. We want to help you find the perfect package for your needs! Ask and we’ll guide you to what works best for you!
